How to Apply Hozon Finishes 2c hardwax oil & Natural Wood 2c hardwax oil
Preparation
- ✔ Ensure the surface is free from old finishes, dirt, and stains.
✔ For pigmented products: Use max 180-grit sandpaper for best adhesion.
✔ Mix only the needed amount of oil. Use within 2-3 hours at 20°C.
Application
- ✔ Spread oil using a plastic card, rubber squeegee, roller, or brush.
✔ Let it absorb for 20-30 minutes, adding more on dry areas.
✔ Work in with a nylon pad for even distribution.
✔ Wipe off excess with a lint-free cloth or soft polishing paper.
✔ Let cure. Apply a second layer for high-wear surfaces.

- ✔ Wipe off white streaks for a cleaner finish—or leave them for a light white tint!
